My approach to counselling can be best described as tailored and thoughtful. I am a warm, compassionate individual and I will strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel able to explore things you may never have spoken about before, even to those closest to you. Whether this is your first time in counselling or you are an experienced counsellee, I will ensure you receive a positive experience in counselling.

I can help with the following issues:

The aim of my private practice is to ensure counselling sessions are as accessible as possible. Therefore, I apply for grants to provide counselling free-of-charge or as cheaply as possible. If you require concessions, please contact me and I will see what can be arranged.

Sessions are currently being conducted online, through Skype or Facetime. I am based in the Canterbury area so I am accessible from most parts of East Kent. Sessions are 50 minutes, and introductory sessions are free-of-charge. I also provide pet therapy — this is available on request. If you would like to discuss any of this further, please contact me today.
